47 Fellows (47fellows.com) helps Pakistani students find scholarships. You can read everything on the site without an account. This page explains what we keep if you sign in, subscribe or post, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address and name, when you sign in with an email link or with Google, or subscribe to the newsletter. With Google we keep only your name and email address; we never see your Google password.
- Scholarships you save, so we can show your list and email you before their deadlines.
- Comments and questions you post, with the name you post under.
- Mentor details, if you volunteer as a mentor or ask for one: the details you enter in that form, such as your WhatsApp number, university and message. These are never shown publicly; an editor uses them to make an introduction.
- A record of emails we send you, so we do not send the same reminder twice.
Cookies
We use a cookie to keep you signed in and one to remember your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics.
How we use it
Only to run the site: signing you in, keeping your saved list, sending the deadline reminders and newsletter you asked for, showing your comments, and arranging mentor introductions. We never sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the website.
- Supabase stores the database.
- Our email provider delivers sign-in links, reminders and the newsletter.
- Google handles "Continue with Google" sign-in, if you choose it.
Your choices
Every reminder and newsletter email has a link to stop them. To see, correct or delete everything we hold about you, email hello@47fellows.com from the address you signed in with, and we will do it within 30 days.
Children
The site is meant for students aged 13 and over. Younger children should use it with a parent or teacher.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. See also our terms of use.
