Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program – Pakistan

The Humphrey Fellowship gives mid-career Pakistani professionals 10 to 12 months of non-degree, graduate-level study and professional development at a U.S. university, including a professional placement. It is aimed at people already moving into leadership roles, not at fresh graduates.

Who can apply

Pakistani citizen (dual U.S./Pakistani nationals are not eligible)
16 years of education (four-year bachelor's, or two-year bachelor's plus master's)
8 to 18 years of progressively responsible professional experience
A guaranteed job to return to in Pakistan and a commitment to serving Pakistan
High fluency in spoken and written English
Not eligible: university teachers or researchers without management duties; anyone who attended U.S. graduate school in the last seven years or had long-term U.S. experience in the last five years; anyone whose spouse, parent or adult child is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
